To provide for the control of traffic and the supply, regulation and control of parking in the area of jurisdiction of the Mossel Bay Municipality. Under the provisions of Section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, the Mossel Bay Municipality enacts as follows:-
