Commencement note

(a) the definitions of "Director-General", "MEC", "medical practitioner", National Road Traffic Act, 1996", "Premier", "prescribe", "province", "regulation" and "this Act", in section 1; (b) sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 25(1)(b), 25(1)(c), 25(1)(d), 25(1)(e), 25(1)(9), 25(1)(h), 25(2), 25(3), 25(4), 25(5), 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 44 and 45; of the said Act shall come into operation.
