Long Title

Dredging for oysters or otherwise culling, taking or removing oysters, oyster-shells or broods or spawn from their beds in that part of the territorial waters of the Province of the Cape of Good Hope, which adjoins a line drawn along the high water mark along the Coast in the Division of Heidelberg, shall be prohibited for a period of three years as from the 1st March, 1938.
