The regulations governing the conditions of service of secretaries of boards and governing bodies and attendance officers, published under Administrator's Notice No. 38 of 1910, as amended by Administrator's Notices Nos. 32, 69, 155, 185, and 266 of 1911, and 130 of 1912, and the regulations governing leave for officers of school boards and governing bodies published under Administrator's Notice No.- 33 of 1911, as amended by Administrator's Notice No. 263 of 1912, are hereby cancelled.
