  PROVINCIAL NOTICE 1131 OF 2025   PROVINCE OF THE EASTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT     APPOINTMENT OF A REGISTERING AUTHORITY IN TERMS OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACT,1996 (ACT     93 OF 1996)     I, Xolile Nqatha, Member of the Executive Council (MEC) responsible for Transport in the Eastern Cape Province acting in terms of Section 3(1) of the National Road Traffic Act/Regulations, 1996 (Act No.93 of 1996), hereby declare Port St Johns Local Municipality as a Registering Authority, for all areas under the jurisdiction   of   the Local Municipality with effect from the date of publication of this notice.
