- Because of size constraints, this document only pertains to Part I of the Main Collective Agreement for the Clothing Manufacturing Industry. Extended by Notice Number 197 in Government Gazette 40661 of 3 March 2017. This Agreement shall apply to Non-Parties from 13 March 2017 until 31 August 2022. This Agreement shall apply to Non-Parties from 19 February 2024 until 31 August 2024. This Agreement shall apply to Non-Parties until 31 August 2026. This Agreement shall apply to Non-Parties until 31 August 2028.
