- This Agreement will apply to Non-Parties from 30 June 2014. The Bargaining Council was cancelled in Notice Number 1120 in Government Gazette 37037 as from 14 November 2013, nevertheless the Agreement is still valid. This Agreement now falls under the National Bargaining Council for the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare Industry, which was registered in GG37037, nn 1119.
