Commencement note

This agreement will apply to non-parties from 21 May 2012. The period of operation for GG35087, nn171 and GG35140, nn217 as well as GG35314, nn353, overlaps as the commencement date for parties in each of the aforementioned notices is on 1 January every year. Extended by Notice Number 868 in Government Gazette 35809 of 26 October 2012, however, Extension Notice GG35809, nn868 is cancelled by GG36515, nn383.
