- This Agreement is valid for Non-parties from 17 November 2014 to 31 December 2015. The commencement date for Parties is in fact 1 November 2012. However, for the purposes of the format in which these agreements are indexed by Sabinet, the published date has been used as commencement date, in order to avoid several versions of the agreement overlapping, as the commencement date pre-dates previous versions.
