- As per the judgment delivered on 12 December 2014 by Acting Judge Whatt-Pringle (JR860/2013): The decision of the Minister of Labour taken in April 2013 to extend the terms of this agreement to non-parties was reviewed and set aside. Government Notice R268 published in the Government Gazette No. 36338 on 12 April 2013, was declared invalid and of no force or effect.
