Commencement note

Please note: Clause 2 (Period of Operation) states that the period of operation will remain in force until 30 April 2021. However, in the Preamble of Notice Numbers 403 and 406 of Government Gazette 40135, the Minister declares the Agreement to be effective until 30 April 2018.
