- This Agreement shall apply to non-parties from 15 September 2014. Extended by Notice no. 662 of Government Gazette 37959 of 5 September 2014. Note: GG39160, nn791 has renewed the period fixed in Government Notice No. R. 661 of 5 September 2014 to be effective from 4 September 2015. However, the period of operation as published in GG39160, nn792 is already effective from 1 July 2015, thereby preceding the start of the renewed period of operation.
