- The date given by the Minister was used as no date was given by the Council. Agreement lapsed on 28 February 2003. Note: A variation of scope of the Transnet Bargaining Council was applied for in GG33500, nn835, and the scope was varied in GG33762, nn1040 as from 5 November 2010. However, the variation is not applicable to this agreement as this agreement lapsed on 28 February 2003 and no new versions had been published since.
