- This Agreement will only apply to non-parties from 27 October 2014. This agreement is in fact binding on Parties from 1 July 2010 as per GG38103, nn815. However, for the chronological purpose of this format, the published date has been used as the start date (as per GG38103, nn814), in order to avoid the backdating of this agreement to cause an overlap with previous agreements. Extended by Notice Number 815 in Government Gazette 38103 of 17 October 2014.
