- This agreement shall apply to non-parties from 8 December 2008 to 18 December 2008. As the commencement dates for GG31404, nn966, and GG31504, nn1100, and GG31626, nn1271 are the same and their periods of operation for parties subsequently overlap, the published dates of their Gazette Notices are used for then Amending Agreements in GG31504, nn1100 and GG31626, nn1271.
