Commencement note

This Agreement shall apply to non-parties from 14 September 2012 to 23 September 2012. Previous Agreement has lapsed. The following is applicable to Parties: The commencement date of this renewal of period of operation of the Agreement (nn737) is 14 September 2012. However, the renewal and amending agreement that follows this one (nn739) has a commencement date for Parties (1 July 2012) that precedes this date and is therefore already effective.
