- This Agreement shall apply to non-parties from 24 September 2012 to 14 October 2012. The following is applicable to Parties: The commencement date of the renewal of period of operation of the Agreement in nn737 is 14 September 2012. However, this renewal and amending agreement (nn739) has a commencement date for Parties (1 July 2012) that precedes nn737 and has therefore already been effective.
