- This Agreement shall apply to non-parties from 22 September 2003 to 30 October 2003. A Correction notice (GG25220, nn1021, correcting the Agreement as published in GG25082, nn790) was published before GG25456, nn1294 and nn1295. However, because the period of operation of the Correction notice is only effective after GG25456, nn1294 and nn1295 had already come into effect, this correction notice is has no effect, moreover because GG25082, nn790 had been cancelled by GG25456, nn1294 before the Correction notice would have come into effect.
