- GG38582, nn230 applies mainly to the Main Agreement, however, from page 107, the notice contains amendments that are applicable to the Collective Fund Agreement (Eastern Cape Region). An amended version of the Collective Fund Agreement (Eastern Cape Region) is therefore included here. This Agreement shall apply to Non-Parties from 30 March 2015 until 31 August 2018.
