- Reports the unique case of an adult who presented with right lower abdominal pain and systemic signs of inflammation caused by infection of a completely isolated ileal duplication cyst. Comments that histological examination of the cyst additionally revealed a low-grade mucinous cystadenoma. Discusses the clinical presentations, diagnosis and treatment of this rare entity.
