The Bill and its Explanatory Memorandum were published for comments in the Government Gazette No.42815, Notice Number of 594 of 2019.   The object of the Bill is as follows  -    To give effect to the International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness,    Response and Cooperation, 1990; and to provide for matters connected    therewith.     Copies of the Bill and the Memorandum on the Objects can be obtained from the Office of the Government Printers on (012) 334 4500/ 334 4741 alternatively from the Department of Transport.
