 Government Notices    DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH   NO. R. 2560 29 September 2022   The Minister of Health intends to introduce the Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill, 2018 in the National Assembly shortly. The explanatory summary of the Bill is hereby published in accordance with Rule 271 of the Rules of the National Assembly.  The Bill provides for  -   100% smoke free forindoor public places andcertain outdoorareas as the Minister may prescribe; the ban on sale of cigarettes through vending machines; plain packaging with graphichealth warnings or pictorials; ban on display at point-of-sale; and the regulation and control of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) and Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENNDS) and to provide for matters connected therewith.
