Long Title

The objective of the By-laws is to enable the Sarah Baartman District Municipality to is to establish and maintain a service for the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality, to promote the achievement of a fire-safe environment for the benefit of all persons within the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality and to provide for procedures, methods and practices to regulate fire safety within the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality.
