Long Title

The objective of the By-laws is to enable the Municipality to promote and protect the health and well-being of all people within the district Municipality by providing an effective legal and administrative framework, in conjunction with any other applicable laws, within which the district can develop and manage its municipal health service obligations as contemplated in Section 32 of the National Health Act as amended, Act 61 of 2003.
