Long Title

The purpose of this By-law is to provide for control of taxi’s and taxi ranks within the jurisdiction of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality to provide for the granting of ranking permits to rank at the Municipal designated ranks; to restrict and prohibit any commission of offensive conduct; to regulate and allocate ranking space; to create offences and penalties; to provide for the repeal of laws and savings; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
