- To provide for the establishment, control and maintenance of public and private cemeteries and crematoria within the area of jurisdiction of the Ray Nkonyeni Municipality; to regulate the use and management of cemeteries and crematoria within the Municipality's area of jurisdiction; to provide for the repeal of laws and savings; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
