- To provide for cemeteries for the burial of bodies and crematoriums for the cremation of bodies. To provide for procedures, methods and practices to regulate the burial, cremation, exhumation and re-inter of bodies, the provision of plots and the maintenance thereof in the area of jurisdiction of the Mossel Bay Municipality, and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
