Long Title

To provide for the establishment of one or more pounds within the area of jurisdiction of the Langeberg Municipality; to provide for the appointment of a pound keeper and other employees of a pound, to provide for procedures, methods and practices to manage the impoundment of animals; to regulate the sale, destruction or other disposal of impounded animals; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
