Long Title

To provide the law regulating waste management activities in the jurisdiction of Mnquma Local Municipality in order to protect health, well-being and environment by ensuring sustainable, affordable, and accessible waste management services; to ensure compliance with applicable national and provincial laws, norms and standards regulating waste management activities; to provide for the regulation and control of generation, collecting, processing, transfer and disposal of such waste at an appropriate waste processing and disposal site.
