Long Title

To provide measures for the supervision and control of the carrying on of certain businesses within the uMlalazi Municipal area; to provide for licensing of undertakings, business and establishments that sell foodstuff to the public; to provide for licensing of establishments that provide for entertainment; to provide for establishments that offer certain health facilities; to provide for measures and control in hawking in meals; to provide for the application of business licenses; to provide for the granting of business licenses; to regulate the conduct of business licence holders; to prohibit certain activities or conduct in order to ensure and promote a healthy environment; to create offences and penalties and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
