To supplement the Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act, 2010 (Act 2 of 2010) and its' regulations regarding the management and regulation of certain public and community events within the area of jurisdiction of the City of Tshwane and to provide for the enforcement of this By-law, and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
