Long Title

To provide the Msukaligwa Local Municipality with legislative measures, to ensure that a more sustainable fire safe environment is developed. The purpose of these By-law is to promote social and economic development within the municipal area of jurisdiction of the municipality and to create an environment for the benefit of all persons within the area of jurisdiction of the municipality and to provide for procedures, methods and practices to regulate township economies within the area of jurisdiction of the municipality.
