Long Title

To provide for the establishment of a municipal pound and the impounding of animals, to provide for measures to manage, control and minimise nuisances arising from the keeping of or handling of animals; to regulate the keeping of and control of animals by means of a relevant authorisation; to provide for the conduct of animal owners and handlers; to provide for conduct and restrictions of keeping of wild animals; to provide for the repeal of laws and savings; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
