Long Title

To enable the Frances Baard District Municipality to promote and protect the health and well-being of all people within the municipal area by providing an effective legal and administrative framework, in conjunction with other applicable laws, within which the Municipality can develop and manage its municipal health service obligations and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
